Enquiry and subscriber data is transmitted securely via SendGrid (an industry-standard email delivery service) and logged in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Bradley Lay and authorised members of his team. Both services maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

• Request that we correct any inaccurate data.
• Request that we delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Withdraw consent at any time (for newsletter subscribers, this means unsubscribing).
